Starting the Day Right
As a team member at SweetLeaves, my day begins bright and early at 8 AM. There’s something special about being among the first to arrive at our welcoming storefront in Minneapolis, preparing for another day of helping our community access their wellness needs.
Morning Routine (8 AM – 11 AM)
• Inventory check and restocking
• Team briefing on daily specials
• Reviewing new product information
• Setting up display cases
• Sanitizing customer areas
Peak Hours (11 AM – 4 PM)
One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is educating customers about our various products. Whether they’re first-time visitors or regular patrons, each interaction is an opportunity to share knowledge and ensure they find exactly what they’re looking for.
Afternoon Activities (4 PM – 7 PM)
• Processing new deliveries
• Updating our online menu
• Assisting with curbside pickup orders
• Maintaining compliance documentation
• Customer consultations
Evening Wind-Down (7 PM – 9 PM)
As the day comes to a close, we focus on:
• Reconciling daily sales
• Preparing for tomorrow
• Final cleanup
• Team debrief
• Security checks
